Welcome to the 2016 Medline Pink Glove Dance Competition! We are so excited to have you be a part of this year's contest.

The Medline Pink Glove Dance video competition is the only breast cancer prevention campaign that unites healthcare professionals, survivors, patients and communities to honor those who have been affected by the disease and raise money for a cure. And, they do it by dancing and wearing pink exam gloves. Because when it comes to breast cancer, community matters.

Here's What You Need to Know

Important Dates:


  • September 30, 2016: Winners announced


  • May 2, 2016: Registration opens
  • August 5, 2016: Video submissions due
  • September 12, 2016: Voting begins
  • September 23, 2016: Voting closes



Total Prize Money

The winning videos based on public votes will receive a donation to a charity of the winning Team’s choice that supports breast cancer awareness and/or research (subject to Medline’s approval).

Grand Prize Winner: $5,000

Small-Bed Category:

  • 1st place: $10,000
  • 2nd place: $5,000
  • 3rd place: $2,500

Large-Bed Category:

  • 1st place: $10,000
  • 2nd place: $5,000
  • 3rd place: $2,500

Non-Bed Healthcare/Non-Healthcare Organization Category:

  • 1st place: $10,000
  • 2nd place: $5,000
  • 3rd place: $2,500
